The time may be coming for corporate lawyers to put their golf clubs away. According to a mid-year survey released recently by the Association for Corporate Growth and Thomson Reuters, 32 percent of dealmakers polled predicted there'd be an uptick in M&A transactions in the second half of the year. Forty percent said they expect activity to remain roughly the same, while 28 percent said the market will slow in that time.
