Sonsini Likely to Dodge Brocade Civil Case
Barring late changes, Larry Sonsini and his law firm - Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati - will not be named in a civil lawsuit that will be filed next week over the Brocade Communications Systems Inc. backdating scandal, according to sources familiar with the case.
