Christensen Prosecutors Clear Hurdle

A federal judge ruled that documents seized from private eye Anthony Pellicano's computers are authentic. But U.S. District Judge Dale S. Fischer has not said whether she'll admit the prosecution's key evidence - 34 recordings of Pellicano speaking with Christensen.
