LOS ANGELES - Judge Paul Flynn was living a criminal court judge's dream. In his first few years on the bench, Flynn presided over some of Los Angeles' most notorious criminal cases. Among them was the murder case against rap star Snoop Doggy Dogg and the case against Anthony Brown, who pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery for spitting on beaten truck driver Reginald Denny at the onset of the 1992 Los Angeles riots.
