Final Angels-Flight Claim Goes to Trial

LOS ANGELES - Three and a half years after the crash that closed the Angels Flight Railway, the last outstanding claim is scheduled to go to trial Monday, when survivor Sid Carter will seek an undisclosed award for medical bills since the accident.
