LOS ANGELES - Just in case visitors to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Bob T. Hight's chambers in the Torrance Courthouse somehow miss the large foam hand with the index finger pointing in the "No. 1" position, the plush bear, UCLA coffee mug and other blue and yellow memorabilia scattered throughout, a street sign proclaiming the area to be "Bruin Country" leaves no doubt as to the judge's allegiance.
