Music Festival Performers Face Visa Restrictions

LOS ANGELES - Members of a gamelan orchestra from Bali arrived in Los Angeles Friday to perform at an international sacred music festival, narrowly escaping stringent new visa restrictions that have prevented many artists from coming to the United States since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
