Fund Memorializes Longtime Prosecutor
LOS ANGELES - A scholarship fund has been established at Southwestern University School of Law in memory of longtime Los Angeles County prosecutor Irwin N. Bloom, who died Sept. 5 of liver cancer.
The Irwin Bloom Memorial Scholarship Fund will endow one student a year. The student will be chosen for his or her dedication to public service and government work.
