Lawyer May Face Embezzlement Charge

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles lawyer is expected to be arraigned today on an embezzlement charge for allegedly stealing a dying client's $180,000 settlement in a medical malpractice case, forcing the woman to continue working while she undergoes chemotherapy for stomach cancer.
