MailFrontier Fights Spam With Software

MailFrontier Inc. is fed up with junk e-mail, and a Silicon Valley law firm is helping the company fight the spammers. The company, which unveiled the beta version of its anti-spam technology Aug. 26, has raised $5 million in its first round of venture financing. The investors are Draper Fisher Jurvetson and New Enterprise Associates.
