Dot-Coms Take a Time-Out

The game hasn't even begun, but Old Economy companies already have scored a touchdown in Sunday's Super Bowl. Last year's game was played during a time of sky-high dot-com stock prices, and the advertising lineup reflected the market's exuberance. In 2000, a whopping 17 dot-com companies were among the game's 36 advertisers.
