LOS ANGELES - In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, the Los Angeles Times claims the Orange County Register has failed to pay more than $3.5 million in distribution fees.
The rival papers brokered a distribution deal in 2009 in which the larger Times was to exclusively handle The Register's delivery through January.
In spring 2013, The Register started missing payments, according to the complaint...
