Skadden, Cooley jump in M&A deal charts

Among U.S.-based firms, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates jumped 12 spots from where it had been ranked last year through the third quarter, rising to the top of Mergermarket's legal league tables.


Mergers and acquisitions data tracker Mergermarket Ltd. released its ranking of law firms based on the value and volume of deals handled through the first three quarters of the year on Wednesday.
