Fenwick nabs SEC associate regional director in SF

Fenwick & West made a hiring splash by grabbing the SEC's number two in San Francisco. Michael Dicke is expected to join the firm's SF office where he will co-chair the securities litigation department.

After a 17-year career at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Michael Dicke is joining Fenwick & West LLP as a partner in San Francisco.

Dicke, who is currently the commission's associate regional director for enforcement in San Francisco, will help Fenwick's securities litigation practice, the firm announced Wednesday.
