Justice Department official heads to Pepsi

PepsiCo Inc. has named Associate Attorney General Tony West as the company's next general counsel. West is a former San Francisco prosecutor and Morrison & Foerster LLP litigation partner.

PepsiCo Inc. has named former Associate Attorney General Tony West as the company's next general counsel.


West is a former San Francisco prosecutor and Morrison & Foerster LLP litigation partner. He was the third-ranking member of the Justice Department in Washington, D.C., until his departure on Sept. 15.


West will start Nov. 24, PepsiCo announced Tuesday.
