DA tosses charges in triple murder case

Riverside County District Attorney Paul Zellerbach dismissed triple murder charges Friday against two men in a case in which his office was set to argue the same day to keep Zellerbach from being called to testify at a hearing on a motion to dismiss the case.

RIVERSIDE - Riverside County District Attorney Paul Zellerbach dismissed triple murder charges Friday against two men.
