Johnson & Johnson picks up drug maker for $1.75B

Latham & Watkins LLP represented South San Francisco-based drug maker Alios BioPharma Inc. in its $1.75 billion sale to Johnson & Johnson in a deal announced Tuesday.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented South San Francisco-based drug maker Alios BioPharma Inc. in its $1.75 billion sale to Johnson & Johnson in a deal announced Tuesday.


Menlo Park partner Mark V. Roeder and associate Chad G. Rolston led the Latham team. Neither could be reached for comment. Alios has been a longtime Latham client.
