A Santa Clara County prosecutor's misconduct in a child molestation trial has drawn disciplinary charges from the State Bar.
The investigation into Deputy District Attorney Troy A. Benson led State Bar prosecutors to charge him Tuesday with suppressing evidence, moral turpitude and failure to perform with competence.
