Attorney convicted in fraud case
A Sunnyvale attorney was convicted Tuesday of multiple counts of wire and mail fraud in federal court.

A Sunnyvale attorney was convicted Tuesday of multiple counts of wire and mail fraud in federal court, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
David Lin, 44, was found by a jury to have conspired with business partners to commit fraud on investors of a Mountain View-based lending company, JSW Financial Inc. Lin was convicted following an eight-day trial. His sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 20.
