A Merced County Superior Court judge was admonished by the state on Wednesday for dragging his feet on several cases that were submitted two years ago.

A Merced County Superior Court judge was admonished by the state on Wednesday for dragging his feet on several cases submitted two years ago.
The California Commission on Judicial Performance admonished Judge John D. Kirihara for not ruling on three cases within a requisite 90-day period following their submission in 2010. Instead, those cases took Kirihara between 110 and 320 days to make a decision...
