Vinson opens San Francisco office
The Houston-based firm already has an office in Palo Alto. The San Francisco office is expected to focus on litigation.

Two years after setting up shop in Palo Alto, Vinson & Elkins LLP announced Monday it is opening a San Francisco office.
The Houston-based law firm now has 16 offices worldwide, including seven in the U.S. The San Francisco office will focus on white collar, antitrust, intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, according to Chairman T. Mark Kelly.
