SANTA ANA - The Orange County Juvenile Court is launching a unique program today to help teenage girls in trouble.
Modeled after "collaborative courts," such as those for drug users or drunken drivers, the new "girls court" aims to give team evaluation, oversight, counseling and guidance to girls who have been victims of abuse or neglect.
