SAN FRANCISCO - A San Francisco defense firm agreed to pay $3.8 million to the family of a former client after a Solano County jury found that two of the firm's attorneys breached their fiduciary duty by conspiring with an insurance companyto conceal or misrepresent important facts in the man's long-running case.
