Police Abuse Claims Attract Consumer Attorneys

In what may be the first of many claims against the Los Angeles Police Department stemming from the May 1 immigration rally, a Fox News camerawoman has filed a claim for damages against the department. But instead of hiring a prominent civil rights lawyer, she turned to a well-known plaintiffs’ firm.
