Expert in Legal Ethics Defended Attorneys

LOS ANGELES - Services are set Sunday for R. Gerald "Jerry" Markle, an expert and a leader in the legal ethics community. Markle died at home in South Pasadena on Wednesday after a 27-month fight with pancreatic cancer. He was 54.
