Proskauer Lures Securities Leader To Build Group
New York's Proskauer Rose has tapped Michael Woronoff to build up the firm's West Coast corporate and securities practice. Woronoff left private practice in 2000 to form Shelter Capital Partners, a private equity fund based in Westwood that invests in technology companies. He formerly had been a partner with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where he commanded a $10 million book of business.
