AG Sues Enron, Alleges Massive Fraud

SACRAMENTO - Calling himself "Grandma Millie's lawyer," Attorney General Bill Lockyer filed suit Thursday against Enron Corp. for allegedly manipulating the state's energy market and defrauding Californians out of hundreds of millions of dollars during the state's 2000-01 energy crisis.
