Newdow Ordered to Pay Fees For Attorney of Child's Mother
SACRAMENTO - Michael A. Newdow must pay about $24,000 in attorney's fees to Sandra L. Banning, the mother of his child, a Sacramento appellate panel concluded Monday.
But the unanimous three-judge panel rejected Banning's demand that Newdow be sanctioned for disclosing in a pleading a confidential evaluation report by a child psychologist. Banning v. Newdow, C040840.
