Clown Characterization Costs Mesereau $18,950

LOS ANGELES - The target of a courtroom tirade got the last laugh Friday, when a judge fined criminal defense attorney Thomas A. Mesereau Jr. $18,950 for terming a civil lawyer's January 2003 deposition of actor Robert Blake a "clown show" and a "circus."
