S.F. Discovery Commissioner Hired

SAN FRANCISCO - The San Francisco Superior Court has hired a former lawyer for the state Assembly as a new discovery commissioner. Bruce Chan will begin the job in mid-July, taking over for Commissioner Loretta Norris, who will retire.
