Neighbors Sue to Stop School's Plan to Install Artificial Turf

A plan to replace a grass field with artificial turf at a Santa Cruz middle school has sprouted a lawsuit. Neighbors of Mission Hill Junior High School are seeking a court order to stop the project until an environmental impact report is completed.
