Donald Oppenheim is leaving legal consulting firm Altman Weil Inc. to join a public agency law firm in San Leandro. Oppenheim, who runs Altman's Walnut Creek office, will become executive director of the 50-attorney Meyers Nave Riback Silver & Wilson on Jan. 31. Meyers Nave provides legal services to cities, counties, redevelopment agencies and special districts in California.
