BOSTON SCIENTIFIC BUYS SMART THERAPEUTICS INC.

Boston Scientific Corp. has acquired Smart Therapeutics Inc. the companies announced Dec. 13. The deal terms were not disclosed. Boston Scientific of Natwick, Mass., produces and sells minimally invasive medical supplies such as catheters, surgical grafts, cardiac and urethral stents, polypectomy snares and lithotripsy devices.
