Escondido apartment complex fetches $11.8 million

"Escondido has experienced robust rental growth over the last 12 months, as have many communities on the periphery of San Diego County," Christopher Zorbas, senior managing director investments in Marcus & Millichap's San Diego office, said in a statement.

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Villa Quixote, a 78-unit apartment community in Escondido, for $11,835,000. The sales price equates to more than $151,000 per unit.
