Protestors arrested at Sacramento appeals court

Supporters of Proposition 49 — a state measure recently removed from the November ballot by the Supreme Court — said several dozen protestors showed up at the Sacramento appeals court building.

California Highway Patrol officers arrested two protestors at the 3rd District Court of Appeals Wednesday afternoon.
