Stradling taps lawyer to chair SoCal real estate practice

Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC has hired James D. Richman as shareholder and chair of its small but growing Southern California real estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, Richman was a partner at Arnold & Porter LLP.

A year after its core real estate group spun off into their own small firm, Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC has hired James D. Richman as shareholder to revamp its Southern California real estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, Richman was a partner at Arnold & Porter LLP for about eight years.
