Lawyer creatively tackled Menlo Park project

Tim Tosta had to think creatively to get a $350 million state-of-the-art commercial campus off the ground in low growth Menlo Park.


Timothy A. Tosta's developer client wanted to transform its aging Menlo Park business park into a state-of-the-art commercial campus.
