Fraudulent billing lands doctor in jail

A Corona del Mar cancer doctor was sentenced Monday to 18 months in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution for fraudulently billing government and private health plans for cancer drugs.

Corona del Mar cancer doctor Glen R. Justice was sentenced Monday to 18 months in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $1 million in restitution by U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney in Santa Ana for fraudulently billing government and private health plans for cancer drugs that were never given to patients.
