Ryan D. McCortney


When McCortney tried a wrongful termination case brought against his client Wet Seal Inc., the jury returned a complete defense verdict after just 15 minutes of deliberations.


That speedy verdict wasn't the only upside for McCortney. He also won high marks from the judge. Orange County Superior Court Judge Frederick P. Horn, the fifth judge to preside over the case, which stretched back to 2008, couldn't say enough about how well McCortney handled things...
