Wildman Harrold and Edwards Angell Discuss Merger

Chicago law firm Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP is in negotiations with Boston-based Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP to reach a merger agreement, the firms confirm. Wildman, which employs about 150 lawyers firmwide, has a 10-lawyer office in Beverly Hills, while Edwards Angell, a national firm with roughly 500 lawyers, has an eight-lawyer office in Newport Beach.
