Suit Aims to Improve Conditions for Disabled Prisoners
A coalition of civil rights attorneys filed a federal class action lawsuit Thursday against Los Angeles County authorities in an effort to stop what it calls pervasive inhuman treatment of disabled prisoners in county jails.
