Utilities Agency Hires Lawyer From PG&E to be Top Counsel

The California Public Utilities Commission Thursday named a veteran attorney with Pacific Gas and Electric Co. to be its new general counsel.

      SAN FRANCISCO - The California Public Utilities Commission Thursday named a veteran attorney with Pacific Gas and Electric Co. to be its new general counsel.
      Frank Lindh will take the post on June 23, the agency announced. He replaces Randy Wu, who left the agency in January.
