Coverage Will Be Returned to 1,200 Patients

State regulators announced Thursday that they have reached a sweeping deal with Kaiser Permanente that would return medical coverage to more than 1,000 sick patients whose policies were revoked after they fell ill, in exchange for the state dropping its legal action against the company.
