Dish Network Turns Back $1 Billion Piracy Suit
Attorneys representing a division of News Corp. won a major victory in a piracy and corporate espionage case Thursday when a Santa Ana jury awarded just $1,500 to Dish Network Corp., which had been seeking more than $1 billion in damages.
