NBC Failed to Pay All Overtime Owed, Officer Claims

A Hollywood labor issue left to simmer for years threatens to boil over in Los Angeles Superior Court. A Los Angeles police officer filed a suit seeking class status against NBC Studios, alleging that the studio had largely failed to pay off-duty officers all of their overtime wages for providing security and traffic control around television crews filing on location.
