Probate Case Adds Another Layer to 'No Contest' Issue

Oldman - In the matter of the Estate of Coplan , 2004 DJDAR 13707 (Nov. 9, 2004), the 2nd District Court of Appeal found that a request for relief from the non-compensation provisions of a will by an executor who was also a beneficiary did not violate the provisions of a no contest clause.
