Santa Ana OKs Sale of Land to State for New Court of Appeal

SANTA ANA - Santa Ana has moved a step closer to retaining one in a series of state and federal courthouses that blanket the Civic Center. The City Council on Monday approved the sale of two acres on which to construct a new 4th District Court of Appeal and a 300-space parking garage.
