Panel Dumps Attorney-Fee Award Against Plaintiffs' Counsel
RIVERSIDE - A state appellate panel in Riverside on Monday overturned a $12,000 award of attorney fees assessed against plaintiffs' counsel in a defect case against a Palm Springs auto dealership, ruling that the trial court had no authority to stick the lawyers with the bill.
