Judge Was Known for Tough Sentencing
RIVERSIDE - Superior Court Judge Ronald R. Huemann, a criminal-trial jurist known for his respectful demeanor and penchant for stiff sentencing - he once sent a bully to prison for 12 years as a "lesson" in anger management - died Tuesday. He was 67.
