Deported Immigrant Gets New Hearing

SAN FRANCISCO - An undocumented immigrant who was deported to Mexico while awaiting a hearing for his asylum petition was denied his due process rights and deserves a new immigration hearing into the circumstances of his arrest and expulsion, a federal appeals court ruled Monday.
